Dressed to Kill (1980)

Another love letter to suspense and desire by Brian de Palma. It's a dark, erotic and hypnotic labyrinth with meticulous camera choreography - every movement has as much elegance as urgency - and masterful pacing. It balances eroticism and fear, vulnerability and danger, desire and death. Haunting score by Pino Donaggio in an audacious homage to Hitchcock legacy with a modern twisted heart. I was just kind of disappointed with that "fake" ending, and that's the only reason it doesn't get the full five stars.
