There are several Letterboxd reviews comparing it to a cheap/weak Inception/Matrix wannabe. They may all be correct, but I loved the audacity and the look of it. Of making that unexpected one eighty halfway through a brainless disaster/apocalyptic movie and transforming it into a complex distopian heavy sci-fi, full of tech ideas and philosophical concepts, even if I couldn't fully understand half of them. And yes, I did fell in love with Kim Da-mi.
