It was a bumpy ride, but one not worthy of its hype. The storyline felt disjointed, transitions were abrupt most of the times and I just couldn't engage with the characters and their motivations. Didn't feel any chemistry between McQueen and MacGraw, and even if I can acknowledge some very well executed action scenes, that's simply not enough to salvage yet another Peckinpah movie from mediocrity. I know, i know, it must be my problem, not his.
